  • 2006-12-13 This study has been updated from OSIRIS and now includes SAS, SPSS, and Stata setup files, and SAS transport (XPORT) files, SPSS portable files, and Stata system files.
  • 2006-01-12 All files were removed from dataset 26 and flagged as study-level files, so that they will accompany all downloads.
