Universe: All persons living in the United States who were 16 years old or over and who were employed during the calendar week preceding the date on which they completed their Census questionnaires.

Methodology
Sample: The Census sample consists of that portion of the population who filled out the more detailed census questionnaire (the "long form"). Data for this collection were compiled from this sample.
