This study contains data on organizational characteristics of 14 specialized agencies of the United Nations in 1966. Data on the characteristics of each agency include the name and age of the organization, number of members, structure of organization, total expenditures, contributions, frequency of assembly, and number of regional offices. Information is also provided for the number of nongovernmental organizations affiliated with the United Nations.
