Diplomatic Exchange Data, 1815-1970 (ICPSR 5026)

This data collection comprises two of four companion datasets produced by the Correlates of War Project at the University of Michigan. It provides coded information for the presence or absence at five-year intervals of a diplomatic mission from every other member in the international system.
