Summary: The 2004 Detroit Area Study (DAS) is a face-to-face survey of adults in the Detroit, Michigan tri-county area. Topics in this survey addressed racial issues, residence and housing, neighborhood evaluations, racial attitudes, labor market issues, and racial segregation in the Detroit area.
