Voice of the People, 2007

Summary: This annual survey, fielded June to October 2007, was conducted in over 60 countries to solicit public opinion on social and political issues. Respondents were asked whether their country was governed by the will of the people, whether its elections were free and fair, and whether democracy was the best system of government.
