Principal Investigator(s): National Archive of Computerized Data on Aging (NACDA)
The National Archive of Computerized Data on Aging (NACDA), located within the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR), is funded by the National Institute on Aging. NACDA acquires and preserves data relevant to gerontological research, processing them as needed to promote effective research use, then disseminating them to researchers for secondary analysis. The subjects covered in NACDA's data collections focus on older adults and include their demographic, social, economic, and psychological characteristics, as well as their mental health, and well-being.
These data are not available from ICPSR. Users should consult the data owners directly (via NACDA Front Page) for details on obtaining the data and documentation.
