Summary: This data collection contains intercensal estimates of the resident population of all counties in the United States by age, sex, and race. Figures were gathered annually on July 1 from 1971 to 1979 and are included here along with Census counts for 1970 and 1980. These estimates are for five-year age groups to age 85 and over for the total white and Black population, by sex. The records are arranged by county within each state. (view details)
