Brief Biography

Lynette F. Hoelter received her Ph.D. in sociology (2001) from the Pennsylvania State University. She is involved in ICPSR projects connected with using data in the classroom and is also examining factors relating to the likelihood that investigators will archive their data. Her research interests include the relationship between social change and marital quality, gender in families, and the study of family and relationship dynamics more broadly. She is also a Lecturer in the University of Michigan Department of Sociology.
