Byrd, D-W.Va., amendments that would restrict alcohol beverage advertising in
the District of Columbia; increase the number of Alcohol Beverage Control Board
inspectors in the District; and require the General Accounting Office to study
the Districts taxation of alcohol. Adopted by a vote of 69 to 27.
