Version History:
- 2006-03-17 The codebook has been updated to include pages 73 through 90 of the questionnaire that were missing from the original version of the codebook. At the time of this study's initial release, the various files were released as separate parts. As a result, there were originally six parts. As part of the update, the original six parts have been condensed to two in order to more accurately reflect the two datasets (Russia and Central Asia) that compose this data collection.
