Summary: Located at the Bureau of the Census Web site, County Business Patterns (CBP) is an annual series that provides subnational economic data by industry in the following four economic divisions: (1) agricultural services, (2) forestry, (3) fishing, mining, construction, manufacturing, transportation and public utilities, wholesale trade, retail trade, finance, insurance, and real estate, and (4) services. The site includes record layouts and data files for the United States, state totals, and state counties (1988-1996), economic profiles for the United States, states, and counties (1993-1996), and publications in Portable Document Format for each state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the United States (1993-1996).
