This data collection contains information on the average monetary value per acre of farm lands and buildings for each county in the United States in the period 1850-1959.

ICPSR data undergo a confidentiality review and are altered when necessary to limit the risk of disclosure.   • Standardized missing values.
  • Checked for undocumented or out-of-range codes.
