ICPSR Usage Statistics
ICPSR has maintained usage figures since its early days of data distribution via punched cards and magnetic tape. ICPSR provides usage statistics to members, funding agencies, and principal investigators. The graph that follows shows the steady increase in usage over the nearly 50 years of ICPSR's history.
Usage by Member Institutions
ICPSR provides utilities that permit ICPSR Official Representatives to generate utilization reports for their campuses. To find out more, please contact membership@icpsr.umich.edu.
Individual Study Usage
Principal investigators and funding agencies interested in determining usage patterns for specific studies or groups of studies should send email to netmail@icpsr.umich.edu.
