If your institution has an OPEN URL resolver, you should see an icon next to the article in the Bibliography of Related Literature. The icon may look different, depending on what company provides this service to your institution. However, you should be able to simply click on the icon, which will take you to a page that lists the online locations of the journal you wish to access.
If you do not see an icon next to the article that interests you in the Bibliography, simply take note of the citation and go to your library catalog. Type the name of the journal into the catalog and specify that you would like to run a search for "Journal Title." The catalog should tell you what options you have for getting the journal online or in print.
