Mental Health and Substance Abuse Data

As of August 21, 2015 SAMHSA contracted with a different vendor to distribute NSDUH, DAWN, and other SAMHDA restricted-use data. Questions about SAMHSA restricted-use data should be sent to samhda-support@samhsa.hhs.gov. ICPSR will continue to distribute public-use files created by the SAMHDA project. Users interested in substance abuse data are encouraged to search the ICPSR catalog and to visit the National Addiction & HIV Data Archive Program.
