Using SAMHDA

Producing Quick Tables

Quick Tables are available for selected SAMHDA studies. This feature allows you to produce analytic tables by choosing from among preselected high-interest variables available in drop-down menus. Quick Tables is easier to use than other types of analysis, however, it is also more restrictive because of the limited number of variables available. Quick Tables is also powered by SDA.

We appreciate the appropriate citation for analyses using data obtained from SAMHDA. Each SAMHDA study description and codebook includes a suggested bibliographic citation for the data.
