The Provision of Social Relations (Primary Caregiver) (PSRP) instrument evaluated the social support received by the primary caregiver from family and friends.

WAVE 1: The PSRP (PDF 2.3MG) was administered to the primary caregivers of the subjects belonging to Cohorts 0 to 15.

WAVE 3: The PSRP (PDF 2.4MG) was administered to the primary caregivers of the subjects belonging to Cohorts 0 to 15.
