Family Structure and Health History / Household Composition

A listing of the Household Composition of the subject was obtained in each wave. In Wave 1, this was incorporated into the Family Structure and Health History. In Waves 2 and 3, this listing was obtained in the Household Composition listing.

WAVE 1: The Family Structure and Health History assessment (PDF 7.2MB) included each household member, their relationship to the subject, and designation as a biological/non-biological and maternal/paternal relative. It was administered to the primary caregivers of subjects belonging to Cohorts 0 to 15 and to the subjects, themselves, belonging to Cohort 18.

WAVE 2: The Household Composition instrument (PDF 2.1MB) obtained basic information on the composition of the subject's household and included each household member's age, gender, and relationship to the subject. It was administered the primary caregivers of subjects belonging to Cohorts 0 to 15 and to the subjects, themselves, belonging to Cohort 18.

WAVE 3: The Household Composition instrument (PDF 3.8MB) obtained basic information on the composition of the subject's household and included each household member's age, gender, and relationship to the subject. It was administered the primary caregivers of subjects belonging to Cohorts 0 to 12 and to the subjects, themselves, belonging to Cohorts 15 and 18.
