Description	The Forward Memory instrument was taken from the attention and memory battery of the Leiter International Performance Scale. It assessed cognitive function in subjects by measuring visuospatial memory. WAVE 3: The Forward Memory instrument (PDF 3.5MB) was administered to subjects in Cohort 0.
