The Drug Use instrument was a self-report measure used to obtain information regarding the subject's use of specific drugs without a doctor's prescription, in larger amounts than prescribed, or for a longer period than prescribed. WAVE 3: The Drug Use Instrument (PDF 3.1MB) was administered to subjects in Cohorts 0 to 15. |
