The Alcohol Use survey was adapted from the short form of the Composite International Diagnostic Interview (UM-CIDI Short Form). It obtained information about the use of alcohol by the subjects' primary caregivers (PCs).

WAVE 3: The Alcohol Use survey (PDF 2.9MB) was administered to PCs in Cohorts 0 to 15.
