eurobarometer. In 1995, ICPSR and the ZA (Zentralarchiv fur Empirische Sozialforschung, Universitat zu Koln) announced this service for users of the Eurobarometer data collections. The mailing list "eurobarometer" was created to provide a venue for researchers to interact with each other and to increase communication between the archives and the user community. iassist-l. The IASSIST list is currently maintained at iasst-l@columbia.edu and has been there since April 1997, when it moved to Columbia University after being supported for many years at Yale University. The purpose of the list is to facilitate the dissemination of information among members of the International Association for Social Science Information Service and Technology.
