Library Cooperatives Website (at NCES)

The Library Cooperatives Survey, collected in 1997, was a survey of about 400 Library Cooperatives. A library cooperative was defined as an organization " that has a formal arrangement whereby library and information services are supported for the mutual benefit of participating libraries."
