Meeting Proceedings

Proceedings are published from each of the annual meetings of the HRWG. They consist of essays on presentations given during the meeting. The proceedings have been made available through the support of the the National Institute of Justice (1992-1998) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (1999-2001).

Proceedings are provided through the HRWG Web site as Portable Document Format (PDF) files. The PDF file format was developed by Adobe Systems Incorporated and can be accessed using PDF reader software such as the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Printed versions of the 1994-1998 proceedings are available from the National Criminal Justice Reference Service, P.O. Box 6000, Rockville, MD 20849-6000, 800-851-3420.
